- Talk to you hairstylist about the colour you are wanting to achieve for the big day. Will you be growing it or having it cut before the wedding? You may also want to ask advice on hair extensions to achieve your desired style
- If you are thinking of lash extensions for the wedding day, now is the time to trial them if you haven’t already
- Invest in some hair/skin vitamins & begin a skin care regime including weekly hydrating masks (Don’t forget those locks too)
- Start a fitness plan & begin your health kick
- Book your hair & makeup trial
1 Month to go…
- Begin weekly face & body exfoliation and dry body brushing
- Any cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening & anti-wrinkle injections
- Choose a perfume for the day
- Start drinking more water & getting more sleep
- If you are planning on having a facial/Microdermabrasion for the big day, now is a good time to trial it & make sure your skin doesn’t react
- Trial your spray tan
- Put together a timeline for hair & makeup, confirm with your stylist a start and finish time for the wedding day
1 Week to go…
- Mani/Pedi
- Hair cut/colour
- Waxing/threading
- Lip exfoliation & daily lip balm
- Facial/Microdermabrasion
- Lash Extensions
- Massage/yoga to de-stress
- Apply hand & body cream daily
1-2 Days to go…
- Spray Tan
- Hydration Mask (face & hair)
- Stay out of the sun
- Drink plenty of water
- Try to rest – as much as you can
- Wash & blow-dry hair the night before the BIG day
